Our products are prepared specifically after an order is placed.

Because products are made to order, preparation may take approximately 5 business days before the order is shipped.

Product images, colors, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen and other factors.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Egypt.

By placing a COD order, you agree to accept and pay for the order upon delivery.

Repeatedly placing orders without accepting them may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

8. Shipping

We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt.

Orders require approximately 5 business days for preparation, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days for delivery.

Fridays and Saturdays are not counted as business days.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
